I am new to Cornwall and was in the store last week checking out their sales. I had asked sales help for a certain instruction booklet that I was looking for. Both the women at the cash actually shrugged and pointed to the display where the books were displayed. No word given, no help offered. I felt like I was putting them out. There was no one at the till at the time. When I could not find what I was looking for, I just left. I find this attitude towards, especially a new customer, to a new city, not knowing anyone, really left me hurt, angry and reeling. I will never set foot in this store again. I have been dealing with Michaels for years in Manitoba. I have my own jewellery line which has been very successful over the years, but no thanks to Michaels.

Ordered a cricut machine during covid, curbside pick up was super fast and easy. Even ordering right from the parking lot, it didn't take long for them to process my order and bring it out. Machine works amazing.

Love 25% off yarn. Used a 30% coupon and my senior discount. Purchased fun items and best of all......used a gift card i received for my birthday. I think I need more stuff. Michaels online shopping is just as fun!!!!!
